Defendant, Twin Drilling Company, was under contract to drill an oil well for tbe Pure Oil Company in Arenac county. Plaintiff was employed by Pure Oil Company as a roustabout and had been so employed for a period of approximately two years prior to October 14,1940, tbe date be sustained an accidental injury for which be seeks compensation herein.
