In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff wife appeals (1), as limited by her brief, from so much of an order the Supreme Court, Queens County (Picariello, J.H.O.), dated October 29, 1987, as, sua sponte, dismissed her complaint, and (2) from an order of the same court (Finnegan, J.), dated March 18, 1988, which denied her motion to vacate the dismissal of her complaint.
