*500 {¶ 1} Respondent, Joan Patricia Selby, of Canton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0024557, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1978.

{¶ 2} In a formal complaint certified to the Board of Professional Conduct on June 27, 2018, relator, disciplinary counsel, charged Selby with professional misconduct arising from her neglect of a legal matter and her failure to reasonably communicate with her clients in that matter. A panel of the board considered the cause on the parties' consent-to-discipline agreement. See Gov.Bar R. V(16).
