MEMORANDUM

J0AN N- FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the “Objection of Trustee to Debtor[’]s Claimed Exemption.” The Debtor filed a response to the Trustee’s objection, and the Court heard the matter on August 15, 1995, following which the Court took the matter under advisement.

II. FACTS

The parties do not contest the material facts, although, as will be discussed more fully below, the Court is unable to corroborate the agreed amount of secured debt on property owned by the Debtor and his spouse with the representations set forth in the Debtor’s Schedules…
