BURKE, Judge.

On July 11, 2012, Demetrius Tarrelle Oliver pleaded guilty to second-degree theft of property,'a'violation of § 13A-8-4, Ala.Code 1975. He was' sentenced to 15 years’- imprisonment; however, that sentence was split and he was ordered to serve 3 years’ imprisonment, followed by 2 years’ supervised probation. The sentence was also suspended for one year, after which time the sentence would be reviewed by the circuit court.
