ZACHARY, Judge.

*506 Defendant Damien Aaron White appeals (1) from the trial court's order denying his Motion to Dismiss his charge of first-degree rape, and (2) from the trial court's order enrolling him in satellite-based monitoring. Because we conclude that the State presented sufficient evidence to withstand Defendant's *118 Motion to Dismiss his first-degree rape charge, we affirm the trial court's denial of the Motion to Dismiss.
