York, J.), entered April 11, 2008, which granted defendant Madison Square Garden, L.P.’s (MSG LP) motion to dismiss the complaint as against it, and sua sponte dismissed the complaint as against defendant Madison Square Garden Center, Inc. (MSG Center), unanimously affirmed, without costs.
