MEMORANDUM OPINION DENYING CREDITORS’ MOTION TO ALLOW LATE CLAIM AS TIMELY FILED

Debtor Glenwood Medical Group (“Debt- or”) filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. A claim bar date was set. Two of Debtor’s creditors, Dr. Rudolph Altergott and Dr. Brian Foy (“Altergott,” “Foy,” or collectively “Creditors”), each filed motions to allow their late claims as timely filed.
