This case concerns the sufficiency of the lack-of-notice evidence adduced by a municipality in support of a summary-judgment motion that it filed to defeat a negligent road-maintenance claim brought by an injured motorist. The plaintiff, Terri Sullivan, appeals from a Superior Court order granting summary judgment to the defendant, the town of Coventry (the town).
