Friedman v. State

Melvin Friedman (Friedman) appeals his judgment and sentence for attempted burglary and possession of a burglary tool. We affirm his judgment and sentence for possession of a burglary tool without discussion, but we reverse his judgment and sentence for attempted burglary.
