MEMORANDUM ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO PAY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE

RICHARD STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Presently before the court is the Motion to Pay Administrative Expenses from Cash Collateral (Motion) filed by the Debt- or on January 17, 2001. By its Motion, the Debtor seeks permission to utilize cash collateral of $4,639.00 for attorneys’ fees incurred while operating its business as a debtor-in-possession in this Chapter 11 case. The funds are cash collateral of Textron Financial Corporation (Textron).
