AMENDED 1 ORDER DENYING TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR TURNOVER
DONALD E. CORDOVA, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Chapter 7 trustee’s Motion for Turnover and the Debtor’s Response. Through his Motion, the Chapter 7 trustee seeks an order requiring the Debtor to turn over spousal maintenance payments she receives during the 180 day period after the commencement of the case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 541(a)(5)(B).
