By an order of the Special Term in an action instituted by the plaintiff for a separation the defendant was directed to pay temporary alimony at the rate of thirty-five dollars a week for the plaintiff’s support and for the support *86of one child. Upon the trial of the action a final judgment of separation was entered in favor of the plaintiff which included provision for payment of thirty-five dollars per week to the plaintiff for her support and for the support of the child.

After the entry of judgment the plaintiff moved to include therein a money judgment in her favor for the sum of $385,…
