In this appeal by the defendant from a judgment granting the plaintiff a divorce and alimony, the former has made one of those sweeping attacks upon the finding which we have so often disapproved and which impose an unfair burden upon the court, its officers and opposing counsel. We have, however, made a few minor corrections and additions, and we state the facts so far as necessary for a decision upon the main issues in the case.
