Bobby L. Johnson was convicted of burglary and sentenced to serve 14 years. He enumerates four errors, two dealing with in-court identifications by two witnesses, one dealing with the impeachment of a state’s witness by the state, and the last concerning allegedly improper argument by the state prosecutor.
