The principal issue in this appeal is whether the trial court erred in terminating a trust and ordering the trustee to distribute the assets of the trust before estate tax liability had been determined. Other issues presented are whether the court erred in denying the trustee her requested compensation for services as trustee and in ordering that the trustee be personally responsible for a portion of the legal fees and expenses incurred in this litigation.
