OPINION OF THE COURT

J. LEONARD FLEET, Circuit Judge.

Defendant, Judith Marie Hepler, filed in this cause a Motion to Suppress certain evidence recovered from her apartment pursuant to a search warrant obtained on October 19, 1983, by Detective Rhodes, of the Public Safety Department of the City of Oakland Park, Florida. *87After receiving written memorandums of law and oral argument upon the aforesaid motion, the Court announced that it would grant the Motion to Suppress and that a written order would be forthcoming setting forth with particularity the reasons for its decision.
