OPINION
ANNE GARDNER, Justice.
I.Introduction
Appellant Russell Jay Reger, pro se, appeals from the trial court’s denial of his motion for forensic DNA testing. We dismiss in part for want of jurisdiction and affirm in part.
II.Factual and Procedural Background
On April 12, 1996, a jury convicted Appellant of murder and sentenced him to life imprisonment. On appeal, we affirmed Appellant’s conviction in Reger v.
