This is a petition to adjudge the respondent in contempt for discontinuing partial disability compensation payments to the petitioner. The case is here on the respondent’s appeal from a decree of the workmen’s compensation commission adjudging it in contempt. By said decree the respondent was ordered in order No. 1 thereof “to pay to the petitioner weekly compensation at the rate of $18.00 per week, commencing as of April 16, 1959 and continuing until the petitioner is no longer incapacitated for work as a result of his injuries or until eight hundred (800) weeks have elapsed from the date of…
