Frank L. Landers died in 1904 leaving a last will and testament in and b,y which, after a specific devise of realty to- his mother, he disposed of the residue of his estate as follows:
“I give and bequeath unto my wife Ifllla Tjanders all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, of every name and nature wherever situated, for her sole use and benefit for and during her lifetime,”
