This suit was filed in the district court of Swisher county by W. C. Dinwiddie and G. C. Hutchison against the Pecos & Northern Texas Railway Company, the Southern Kansas Railway Company of Texas, and the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Pé Railway Company, as copartners and agents, each of the others, to recover damages arising from a shipment of cattle and hogs from Tulia, in Swisher county, Tex., to Kansas City, Mo., about May 29, 1909, arising from alleged delays, rough handling, and improper unloading en route.
