This Adversary Proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of Nicholas and Kathryn Tanglis (“Debtors” or “Defendants”). David P. Leibowitz, Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) filed this Adversary Complaint objecting to Debtors discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727. The Trustee contends that Debtors failed to maintain and produce necessary documents and records regarding their unse cured debts totaling $1,050,000.
