Offense Charged

Two alternate counts of murder. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 38, par. 9 — 1(a) (1) and ($). *

Judgment

Defendant was found guilty of murder by a jury and was sentenced to a term of 16 to 30 years.
