This proceeding raises the question of whether a bar date exists for the filing of a proof of claim by a party who became a creditor postpetition when, upon demand, it returned monies to a chapter 7 trustee. The trustee had asserted that the receipt of the monies prepetition by the party constituted a voidable preference.
