OPINION

HAIRE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a trial court’s adjudication of delinquency following its finding that the juvenile had committed an act of child molestation, A.R.S. § 13-653. The juvenile has perfected a timely appeal to this Court, raising serious questions regarding the admissibility of his confession, the sufficiency of the evidence to support the finding of child molestation, and potential acts of prosecutorial misconduct.
