MEMORANDUM OPINION

Debtor MCorp has moved to Reject Lease/Contract with Tower Center Development Associates, Ltd. Partnership (“Tower Center”). Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company (“Principal Mutual”) opposes, claiming the agreement is not a lease or executory contract subject to rejection.
