MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before the Court is a challenge to its jurisdiction to modify a child support order. Petitioner, Maria Simanca, seeks to utilize the Virgin Islands as a forum in her quest to either increase the amount of child support paid, or in the alternative, have the Court reconsider the Administrative Hearing Officer's February 12,1997 decision to reduce support payments.
