DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Joshua Deer, appeals the February 24, 2006 judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court, which sentenced him to 217 days in the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio, following his conviction for domestic violence, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct/intoxication. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
