VAN der VOORT, Judge:

Appeal is taken to our Court from a March 8, 1976, Order denying appellant’s Motions for New Trial and In Arrest of Judgment. Citation for “reckless driving” had been issued and pursuant thereto appellant had appeared in Philadelphia Traffic Court on December 29, 1975, following which hearing he was adjudged guilty of the summary offense as charged.1 He was fined $25.00 and ordered to pay $5.00 costs.
