Eddie Wayne Stover v. Commonwealth of Virginia
Court of Appeals of Virginia
1Opinion of the Court
BRAY, Judge.
Eddie Wayne Stover (defendant) was convicted by a jury of involuntary manslaughter in violation of Code § 18.2-36 and sentenced by the trial court, in accordance with the verdict, to four years imprisonment. On appeal, he challenges the suffi ciency of the evidence to support the conviction. 1 Finding no error, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
“On appeal, ‘we review the evidence in the light most favorable to the Commonwealth, granting to it all reasonable inferences fairly deducible therefrom.’ ” Archer v. Commonwealth, 26 Va.App. 1, 11, 492 S.E.2d 826, 831 (1997)…
