Plaintiff appealed a judgment maintaining defendants’ exception of no cause and no right of action and dismissing plaintiff’s action for libel, with prejudice, at plaintiff’s costs.

Plaintiff’s action for libel arises out of extended litigation (Sciortino v. Sciortino, 209 So.2d 355, La.App.4th Cir. 1968, writ refused 1968), in which plaintiff and defendants were opposing counsel.
