This is an appeal from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County in a proceeding under Section 119.12, Revised Code. The appellant properly perfected an appeal from the Ohio Board of Liquor Control to the Common Pleas Court.

The order of the court, as pertinent here, provides:
