Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Chemung County (Rich, Jr., J.), entered April 13, 2015, which, among other things, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, to modify a prior order of custody.

Petitioner (hereinafter the father) and respondent (hereinafter the mother) are the parents of a daughter (born in 2008). Pursuant to consent orders entered in 2010 and 2013, the mother had sole legal and primary physical custody of the child and the father had supervised overnight visitation with the child every other weekend, with such visits…
