Benham, Justice.

Anthony Mason was shot multiple times in Fulton County on July 9, 2000, and died as a result of his wounds on August 6, 2000. Appellant Ronald Jeffrey Herring was convicted of and sentenced for the felony murder of Mason and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He appeals the judgment of conviction entered against him.
