This is an action brought by plaintiff to recover damages for the breach of a trust agreement, executed by plaintiff as party of the first part, and by the defendants. Said contract is dated June 14, 1921. At the conclusion of plaintiff’s proofs, defendants made a motion for directed verdict, which was taken under advisement by the court. After the testimony was all in the case was. submitted to the jury which rendered a verdict for plaintiff for $30,000. This was on May 4, 1923. On May 11, 1923, all of the defendants except C. R.
