At the plaintiffs’ request, the defendant Inland Underwriters Insurance Agency, Ltd. (Inland), arranged in September, 1990, for the renewal of a blanket fire insurance policy covering numerous commercial properties owned by the plaintiffs, including property located at 418 Worcester Road in Wellesley (Wellesley property).
