HOLSTEIN, Chief Justice.

This Court granted transfer following dismissal of an appeal by order of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. The cause is retransferred.

On December 10, 1993, the trial court entered a decree in a dissolution action between L.J.B. and L.W.B. The trial court found *350that neither L.J.B. nor L.W.B. should be awarded the primary custody of their minor children.
