This is an original petition in this court for leave to file information in the nature of quo warranto. The relator was a candidate for the office of District Judge of the Eighth Judicial District against the respondent at the recent first state election. The respondent received the certificate of election from the canvassing board, and has entered upon the discharge of his duties.
