—Appeal by the defen*599dant from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Leventhal, J.), both rendered December 6, 1996, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree under Indictment No. 1127/96 and murder in the second degree under Indictment No. 1139/96, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences.
Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.
