On the Merits.

We make the following general statement of the case, in addition to the preliminary statement made in the opinion heretofore rendered, disposing of the motion to dismiss the appeal. Plaintiff’s recovery was founded on the claim that he was a member of the appellant organization and-was insured therein; that while so insured he suffered an accident resulting in the loss of an arm and was entitled to recover the sum of $1,600 on his contract of insurance.
