Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (O’Brien, J.), entered September 3, 1998 in Madison County, which, inter alia, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

On the morning of October 20, 1993, plaintiff Stacy L.C.
