The above libel was brought to recover the balance of charter money for the libelants’ steamship "Tiverton,” which had been chartered to the respondent for a voyage from Bremerhaven to New York, for the lump sum of £1,400, under a charter of affreightment The vessel performed the voyage and arrived in New York on the 11th of June, 1892, and a few days thereafter delivered all her cargo.
