This action arises out of a collision between an automobile driven by the deceased wife of the plaintiff and a tank car owned and operated by the defendant, Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company. The automobile was proceeding in a westerly direction on Lakeshore Drive in Eustis in the area where Lakeshore Drive crosses the railroad tracks. When the car reached the tracks it was hit by a single tank car of the defendant which was rolling along the tracks in a northerly direction after having been disconnected from the other cars of the train in a flying switch…
