I desire to register a dissent as against the action of the court in overruling the petition for a rehearing in this case, which was done by an order of April 26, 1982.

An examination of the ease-made shojvs that the plaintiffs in error were sued on a series of promissory notes that were* drawn at Healdton, Okla., and nayable, at Healdton, representing" the purchase price of two trucks. The Original petition alleged-no usury in the notes and asked for judgment in accordance with their terms. Most of the notes sued upon were more than eight months from date to maturity.
