This i’s an appeal from a judgment of the Fountain Circuit Court rendered in an election contest suit. The election out of which the contest arose was held in the Town of Mellott on November 7, 1933. Five separate election contest suits were brought for the offices of town clerk, town treasurer, and the three offices of town trustees. Recount commissioners certified that each of the contestors, appellees here, had received a majority of the votes cast at the election for their respective offices.
