MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Judah M. and his mother, Terry M. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), bring this action under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., for attorney’s fees and costs against the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, District 299 (the “District”). (R. 1, Compl.) Presently before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. (R. 11, District’s Mot.; R. 14, Pis.’ Mot.)
