We reconsider on remand our opinion in Font v. Union Carbide Corp., 118 So.3d 1005 (Fla. 3d DCA 2013) (“Font I ”), which was quashed by the Supreme Court of Florida following its decision in Font v. Union Carbide Corp., — So.3d —, 41 Fla. L. Weekly S113, 2016 WL 139915 (Fla. Jan. 12, 2016) (“Font II”). As ordered by the Supreme Court of Florida, we must apply Aubin v.
