This appeal concerns the enforcement of a commercial real estate note. After a bench trial, the trial court entered judgment in favor of the note borrowers, appel-lees La Villita Motor Inns, J.V., Executive Motels of San Antonio, Inc., and S.A. Sun-vest Hotels, Inc.
