Appellee filed herein, its motion to strike the bill of exceptions from the record for the reason, among others, that it was not filed with the clerk of the Circuit Court within a reasonable time after it had been signed by the trial judge. The state of the instrument discloses the usual recitation with reference to its presentation and request that it be signed, etc., ending with the words, “which is accordingly done this, the 1st day of July, A.
