This is an appeal by Anne M. Evans ftrqm; eminent domain proceedings instituted ,by St. Louis Housing Authority, a municipal, corporation, herein referred to as cond'em-ner, to acquire certain real property for the purpose of slum clearance and erection of low-rent housing projects. §§ 99.010-99.230. Statutory references are to RSMo 1949 and V.A.M.S. unless otherwise indicated. Among the different tracts involved were “Lots 6, 7 and 8 of B. A.
